Dem Bestattungshaus Rohde für die<br />würdevolle Bestattung. Für den schönen Blumenschmuck der Blumenwerkstatt Birte Wohler. Allen im<br />Haus Alte Liebe für die liebevolle Pflege. Frau Graf und<br />dem Palliativteam Landkreis Cuxhaven für die ärztliche Versorgung. Dem Team I. S.
